About
Prior to working at the City of Charlottesville, Haluska worked as the City Planner for the City of Waynesboro for two years. Brian is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and holds a Master of Public Administration from James Madison University and a Bachelor of Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia.[1]
