Bill Mawyer, Jr. succeeded Tom Frederick as the executive director of the Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority and Rivanna Solid Waste Authority. [1] He came to the position after having served as assistant director of the public utilities department in Henrico County. [2] He graduated from the University of Virginia. [3]
