Anne Bedarf

Anne Tate Bedarf is a former Charlottesville resident who was a senior manager at the non-profit Green Blue Institute. She was also one of ten candidates for an interim seat on the Albemarle Board of Supervisors in 2013. [1]

Interim supervisor appointment

Bedarf was one of ten candidates for the interim Scottsville District Representative on the Albemarle Board of Supervisors following the June 2013 resignation of Christopher Dumler. She intended to run as an independent and cited experience with the Rivanna Solid Waste Authority and the Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority. [2] Bedarf earned a B.A. in Environmental Science and a M.A. in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia in 1992 and 2008 respectively. She is a member of the Albemarle County Natural Heritage Committee.[1]
