321 East Main Street
321 East Main Street is a five-story building on the Downtown Mall.

The site was formerly the site of Huntington Dry Goods company. City Council authorized demolition of that structure in October 1953. 
The building was constructed in 1955 and originally housed a department store. 
In 1998, SNL Financial purchased the building and renovated it at a cost of about $2 million, becoming the SNL headquarters. Around five years later, in August 2003, SNL fully vacated the building.  On August 6, 2005, SNL sold the building to 321-323 E. Main St. LLC, for $2.8 million.
