Planning Commission votes 4-3 to recommend approval of the rezoning and special use permit (Ayes: Solla-Yates, Lahendro, Stolzenberg, Habbab; Noes: Mitchell, Dowell, Russell), and 5-2 to recommend approval of the critical slope waiver (Noes: Dowell, Russell)
- March 21, 2022 – City Council holds a first reading
- April 4, 2022 – City Council approves the rezoning, special use permit, and critical slope waiver on 4-1 votes (Ayes: Magill, Pinkston, Snook, Wade; Noes: Payne)[5]
