Abington Place

Abington Place is a 56-mixed-use development in northern Albemarle County built by Sloan Milby Real Estate Partners[1].

The development was to have included a new building with 18,000 square foot for Class A commercial office space and 36,000 square feet for residential.

The current plan is to build 56 apartments on site ranging between 546 square feet and 728 square feet. It is part of Area D of Hollymead Town Center. [2]
